GilliePops is a family run pop-up bakery in Toronto. We started our business in 2017 in Costa Rica, making sugar free 100% fruit popsicles.  The business name is tribute to our Gillian, who passed away in 2015.

On our return to Canada, we decided to make a switch from popsicles to cake pops, cookies and cupcakes.


All of our products are handmade in small batches and we offer a range of options to suit all dietary requirements, including gluten free, vegan and keto friendly. Our mission is to provide quality, delicious treats while making sure everyone can enjoy them, no matter their needs.
